CNC PUNCHING

Gilbert Sheetmetal's CNC Turret Punches are particularly effective for repetitive component manufacture in sheet materials up to 6mm thick. CNC punching is the most efficient way to produce parts with many holes. Punch presses are developed for high flexibility and efficient processing of metal stampings. The main areas of application are for small and medium runs.

Our machines will also form countersinks, embossments, extrusions and louvres. It is a cost effective method for producing repetitive components which are made up of predominantly straight lines and holes and is perfect for customised parts with perforated hole patterns, electrical knock outs, part number stamps and countersunk holes. It can also create graphic images from punched patterns.

With a fast set up time and high punch speed, it is a powerful and cost effective way of cutting and punching out a wide variety of shapes.
